This program provides new and experienced post-secondary instructors an opportunity to upskill their digital competencies, employ novel approaches to evaluating learning, actively engage and empower diverse learners, and engage in collaborative teaching practice.
The themes in this program are: (a) Introduction to Adult Education, (b) Educational Technology, (c) Teaching and Learning for Engagement, (d) Assessment of and for Learning, (e) Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion in the Classroom, and (f) Coaching for Learning.
