The Online Learning Help Desk team is available to assist you with any issues you have with your online course(s). Our team members possess a wide range of technical skills and can work with you to find solutions to issues related to course login, exams, course content and general troubleshooting with programs including Microsoft 365 programs, Sage Accounting, Respondus LockDown Browser, etc.
We want to ensure that your online experience is a stress free and enjoyable one. When corresponding with the Online Learning Help Desk, include your course name/number, student ID number and details on the problem you are experiencing, including any error messages you may have received. We aim to provide prompt courteous service within one business day and offer extended hours until 9:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday (10:00 p.m. during midterm and final exam periods) during the academic year.
