  • Tuition and technology fees payment schedule.
  • This form is for Distributed Learning program students. On-campus students must contact their Student Services office for financial contracts.
  • A Financial Contract, along with instructions for completing and returning, will be forwarded to your College email account within one week after submitting this request.
  • Students will be required to submit the completed, signed contract by the specified date.
