Welcome to the Online Learning Book Order Form.

Before starting the online book order process, please read the following notes/requirements:

1. You will not be able to continue with the Online Book Order form until all required sections (and dependent sections, if necessary) have been completed.
2. Please have your VISA or MASTERCARD ready to pay the required fees at the end of the online book order process.
   • Your online book order will be deleted if payment is not made at the time of submission of this form.
   • If you do not have a VISA or MASTERCARD, please fill out the printable order form (Acrobat PDF format) and send it to the Online Bookstore. If you need any additional information on your book order please contact 1-877-465-2250 Option 2
3. This book order form is reserved for those students who are ALREADY enrolled in their courses for this term. If you are an on-campus student, this order form is for textbooks for your ONLINE courses only. A list of textbooks for on-campus program courses is available at https://www.cna.nl.ca/MyCna/Resources/textbook-list.aspx
4. If ordering your textbooks online, please choose method of shipping:  If you choose Courier, you must provide a street address.  Courier service is not available in all communities and in certain areas we will automatically shipped by Express Canada Post.  We cannot provide courier service to a PO Box or Rural Route address.
5. Health Card Number (ex. MCP, OHIP, etc...) is required for identification purposes only.
6. Social Insurance Number (SIN) is required for income tax purposes only.
