Before starting the online book order process, please read the following notes/requirements:

1. All required sections, (and dependent sections if necessary), must be completed to continue with the Online Book Order form.
2. Please have your VISA or MASTERCARD ready to pay the required fees at the end of the online book order process.
   • Your online book order will be deleted if payment is not made at the time of submission of this form.
   • If you do not have a VISA or MASTERCARD, please fill out the printable order form (Acrobat PDF format) and email it to dlsbookstore@cna.nl.cafor processing. You may also email the Online Bookstore if you require additional information on your book order.
3. This book order form is reserved for those students who are registered in their courses for the applicable term. If you are an on-campus student, this order form is for textbooks for your ONLINE courses only. A list of textbooks for on-campus program courses is available at https://www.cna.nl.ca/MyCna/Resources/textbook-list.aspx
4. We will automatically ship via Express Canada Post unless pick-up at your nearest campus is indicated.
